The Wizard of Oz by Children's Musical Theater San Jose ~ San Jose
Follow the yellow brick road all the way to the Montgomery Theater for CMT San Jose's production of the Wizard of Oz, November 15-24. With the enthusiasm shown from over 200 auditioners, we had to add a third cast and add two more shows. Three Dorothy's! What is the Wicked Witch to do? A Year with Frog and Toad by Bay Area Children's Theatre ~Berkeley
Come celebrate friendship in glorious song, as our heroes, Frog and Toad, hop through a season of comic adventures with their animal friends. Nominated for three 2003 Tony awards including Best Musical, A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD is adapted from the beloved Frog and Toad stories by Arnold Lobel.

Big Bugs: Outside the Box at San Francisco Zoo ~ San Francisco
At Big Bugs: Outside the Box, butterflies with five-foot wingspans and four-foot long beetles stare you square in the eye. Giant sculptures, each showcasing the beauty hidden within the mini-beasts of the natural world, turn the tables on how we see bugs. See intricate details not visible to the naked eye and learn fun facts about the metamorphosis, adaptability, camouflage and scientific study of insects.
